C-7501

This product is specifically designed to improved friction reduction efficiency with ultra-fast inversion in poor quality mix water.   Even in these high TDS waters, the product is easy to mix and meter.  Unlike conventional emulsion-based FRs, C-7501 is based on a higher polymer activity, allowing less product per stage; thereby saving operators time, money, and crucial well-site space.  


Additional advantages:

  •  Exhibits excellent high TDS water tolerance, offering less pressure at lower loadings compared to conventional emulsion-based;
  •  Exhibits excellent tolerance to higher iron levels in the frac water, enabling lower loadings compared to conventional emulsion-based products. 



C-7502

This product is a new, cost-effective coiled tubing lubricant that is specifically designed for pipe-on-pipe lubrication.  C-7502 is also compatible with other additives in coil tubing drill-outs and sand clean-outs, such as viscosifiers, anionic polyacrylamide friction reducers, biocides, and scale inhibitors. 

C-7503

This product is a winterized emulsion polymer designed to perform well in friction reduction across a wide variety of stimulation fluids and field circumstances.  C-7503 is a low to moderate charge, high molecular weight anionic friction reducer designed to be added “on-the fly” to water up to very heavy brines (“slick water fracs”).


Additional advantages:

  • No alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APE or NPE) are used in the manufacturing of C-7503, which makes this product more environmentally friendly;
  • Optimized acrylamide/acrylic acid ratio for friction reduction which reduces cost due to low usage;
  • Added “on-the-fly” which reduces waste and disposal costs;
  • Compatible with all anionic and nonionic surfactants.

C-7504

This product is an emulsion polymer designed to perform well in friction reduction across a wide variety of stimulation fluids and field circumstances. As a high molecular weight cationic friction reducer designed for use in water based fracturing fluids, acids, and brines.  C-7504 can help to prevent formation and proppant pack damage in those iron-laden reservoirs that can leach iron into the fracturing fluid.


Additional advantages:

  • C-7504 is proven to reduce friction by greater than 60% at dosages as low as 0.25 gpt;
  • Being a liquid invert emulsion, is easy to meter and mix for continuous mix operations. Because it is a cationic polymer;
  • C-7504 is compatible with both nonionic and cationic additives for multi-system use.



C-7505

This proprietary product is an anionic emulsions-based friction reducer specifically designed for used with fresh and low brine waters in slickwater applications. C-7505 has an extended shelf-life, BTEX free and NSF certified.


Additional advantages:

  • C-7505 has a fast inversion that allows injection directly the flow line to quickly increase flow line performance by reducing the turbulence.
